Consultant Psychiatrist and medical educator, with experience as both a single and joint expert witness. I am enthusiastic about non-pharmacological management of psychiatric conditions, metabolic psychiatry and the importance of formulation when conducting mental state examination. The majority of my clinical experience is in the inpatient setting, working within the framework of the Mental Health Act and supporting individuals through the process. However, I have worked in community settings, including in community ADHD services, psychosis services, Crisis & Resolution Home Treatment teams and also with elite athletes in the private sector. I pride myself on the patient and colleague feedback I've received throughout my career & endeavour to maintain this.
